ok so my idea is to build a HUGE closet like structure, with a bunch of stuff to disguise it on the outside, such as guitar hooks, bookshelves, clothes hooks, etc, and then on the inside have a 5' x 5' growing area for the plants with a small 2' x 2' area for clones, 400 watt HPS light for the main area and 100 watt HPS for the clones, so overall maybe about a 7' x 7' to 8' x 8' interior growing area, what do you guys thing?

thing? well first you have to use fleuros in a 2' x 2' space for clones. HPS will have shake 'n back happenin. then you need ventilation.

might need more light for flowering 5' sq. provided u can take care of heat. I use a 430W in 3.5' X 4.5' and it could be brighter, heat isnt a prob for me though I have a beast fan for the size. just use flouros for the clone, if you want veg under flouros i would get T5HO, the regular t8/12s dont penetrate enough for plants taller then 6-8".

yup heat is always a growers worst enemy. If you want to grow in any size space you must first determine how you are going to get the heat out of there. This is so whether you are using 100 watts or 5000 watts, the heat must be disipated somehow.
