In most likeliness, yes the song is about weed. So many songs are about drugs, the best one is Because I was high by AfroMan, he is so blunt in this song, it always cracks me up!

White Rabbit is the ultimate drug song. Mary Jane is about pot (of course) and Cuz I got high has got to be one of the best pot song out there.

I agree with you, cuz I got high is definitly one of the best pot songs!! and one of my favorites! I love to listen to that song, at a loud volume of course :)
