How much is legal where you are?

Here none at all is legal to have on you. But I heard some states you can have up to 1 ounce on you for personal use before you can be arrested. Some more and some less.
My friend says in Kansas it grows wild! Wouldn't that be very nice!!

I'm up in Canada, and the laws have been changing on a fairly frequent basis because there's so much debate about it going on up here. I believe it's legal to have a very small amount on you. You're gonna have huge problems though if it's deemed enough to be selling.

here you cant have any in your possession, but they are allowing medicinal use, I'm not sure what all the guidelines are for that, I know you have to have it in writing from your doctor, some sort of photo I.D card that shows you have permission, etc and there are limits as to how much these people can have legally.

where I am you cant have any at all on you, although small amounts wont get you in much trouble, it's still against the law to have it. The smallest amount on you and they will nail you in some way, but small amounts dont bring much punishment from what I have heard.

None, I don't know of very many places where it is legal to have on you. Amsterdam is awesome though and that is the place to go if you are a smoker.

But, what is really stupid about the law is that you get in worse trouble for having paraphenalia (like pipes or whatever) then you do for having actual marijuana. My friend's brother got pulled over one time for an expired tag and he had an empty marijuana pipe in the crack of the seat, which the officer saw--off to jail for him. If he had just had like a dime of marijuana or something, he would have gotten off a lot more easier.

here you can have under an oz and it only counts as a traffic ticket. more than an oz or getting caught more than once means you go to jail

Here in NV you can have a total of 7 plants per patient 3 of which can be in flower. You can possess up to one ounce of dried bud.

It is the same here, if you get caught with a bag it's a ticket but a pipe will get you a year.

20 grams or less is a misdeminor,
more than 20 grams is a felony.
